This video is from The First Action All Around featuring John Schmidt vs. Danny Harriman
that took place in November 2007 at the Qlympics in Louisville, KY. Both men put up
$10,000 each and played in a unique All Around format consisting of 14.1 to 400 points on
the first day, One Pocket race to 10 on the second and finally 10 Ball Race to 30 with the
stipulation that if the first 2 sets were split between the players then the 10 Ball would be
played for entire $20,000.

This video picks up from 20 to 20 on the final day for the entire $20,000. Our streaming
Pay Per View provider screwed the pooch during the broadcast and to make it up to our
customers we posted this for free. The first 2 days are available on DVD in our store. The

Justin sat down with Eric Crisp of Sugartree Cues and Wes Hunter of Hunter Classic Cues
in the OB Cues TARPIT at the 2008 BCA 8 Ball Nationals in Las Vegas. Both gentleman
are known for their fine craftsmanship as well as a style that lets the natural beauty of the
wood do most of the talking in their cues.

Interview is about 20 minutes in length and covers everything from how they got their start
in cuemaking, their philosophy and outlook on the craft to why they build the way they do.

The cue in the introduction is Mr Crisp's personal playing cue. Eric donated that cue to The
Action Report and told us to use it to keep doing what we are doing. Cuemakers are a
special breed, and we thank Eric for his very generous donation.

The first ever Internet Action match to be streamed live on the
web took place in The OB Cues TARPIT on Saturday May 17th in
LAs Vegas at the 2008 BCAPL 8 Ball Nationals.

Melinda "OMGWTF" Huang took on Chris "CubC" Cubbage in an 8 ahead nine ball set on
a nine foot Diamond Pro-Am.

Much was said before this match on internet forums. It was refreshing to see two players
show the heart to put their money where their mouth is and get it on for the dough. Both
deserve respect for that. Just click the Play button to watch. Warning it is about 3.5 hours
long.
This is a short interview with Alex "The Lion" Pagulayan before his second head to head
action match against Shane Van Boening. Shane had won the first set by a score of
21-20 and they had agreed to play the next night which is when this interview took place.

We mention a race to 100 between these two that was scheduled for March but was
postponed till May and took place at the 2008 BCA 8 Ball Nationals in the OB Cues
TARPIT. The DVD set of that epic match will be available soon.

The DVD set of the first Derby City Match between Alex and Shane is available
here.
